- By ministerial order dated 12 December 2025 and published in the French Journal Officiel on 17 December 2025, the French Minister repealed the order of 13 March 2023 that had authorised the Le Havre floating LNG receiving Terminal’s operation for 5 years, thereby ending its operational period. Following the repeal, the Cape Ann FSRU departed Le Havre port on 21 January 2026 to enable decommissioning of the Terminal. The Terminal is no longer able to operate from 21 January 2026 onward.
